HLAA
Founded in 1979 by Howard E. “Rocky” Stone, the Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA) is the nation’s leading organization representing consumers with hearing loss. HLAA strives to give people the tools they need to live more successfully with hearing loss and to show them they do not have to face hearing loss alone.
HLAA National has a website full of additional information and resources. Please check it out! Many of your questions may be answered: https://www.hearingloss.org

Medicare Patient Resource Center
As a Medicare patient resource center (Note: we do not sell or provide healthcare plans), we’ve made it our mission to help people with disabilities to get the most out of Medicare. As I’m sure you already know, Medicare can be complicated and seem to be designed only for seniors who are 65 and older. Many are not aware that Medicare also provides benefits for people living with disabilities regardless of their age. To help highlight this program for those under 65 with disabilities, we have published a comprehensive guide to understanding eligibility, coverage, and, most importantly, how to navigate the enrollment process.
Senior Care Resource for Family Caregivers
Caring.com is a leading senior care resource for family caregivers seeking information and support as they care for aging parents, spouses, and other loved ones. We have been featured by AARP, The Administration for Community Living, The National Legal Resource Center, and Forbes, as well as referenced by many governmental agencies and organizations across the Internet. Our new resource provides information for seniors and their caregivers on the best hearing amplifiers, including pricing, features, requirements, cost, and available financial assistance.
